Sandpoint is nestled between beautiful Lake Pend Oreille, one of the largest and most pristine bodies of water in the northwest, and our own Schweitzer Mountain Resort ski area, which boasts of seven chair lifts and uncrowded skiing. Sandpoint is also considered the arts and cultural center of North Idaho.
