My thought is that if you're looking at this web site and have arrived at the point of seeing who my team is comprised of, then something may have caught your eye. It is always nice to know who you are doing business with, which I'll get to, but first I would like to give you just a little insight into Sandpoint.

I've lived here for over 25 years. I love living here. I always have and always will. When we go away for family vacations and are on the return flight home, we (my family, including the children) comment on how grateful we are to be living in a place that we are happy to be coming home to. The reasons ...I'll sum it up short and sweet. Yes, it is beautiful here with the mountains, forests, and lakes. Yes we have great restaurants and arts and culture and musical festivals. We even have a fabulous and uncrowded ski resort as well as an incredible lake. But all of these pale when compared to the true reason we love it here and that we stay.

So ... What is it?

It's the People!

It is the genuine warmth and caring here that makes our community so special. It's something that we highly value and don't take for granted. Our hope is that when you come here you will contribute to this amazing community.
